  • Initial review (via video conference or face-to-face) with your company leadership to assess your current situation. During the initial review we will ask questions about your company, projects, timelines, budgets, and staff. We will answer questions about our methodology, background, and references. To facilitate open discussion we request that we both sign a Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement prior to the initial meeting. (MDA provided upon request).
  • Should the initial meeting indicate a match between your needs and our services, we will follow up with calls and meetings as necessary to review all details and jointly set expectations. Prior to our onsite meeting we will provide a copy of our Master Agreement and Statment of Work (SOW) documents for review and approval. It has proved productive to have all contract/legal negotiations completed or underway so that discussions can focus on your needs.
  • We will prepare a Statement of Work and Professional Services Pricing Addendum. The Addendum will specify resource per hour costs, per diem costs and travel expenses.

Upon receiving signed copies of all documents, we will jointly schedule a start date and discuss other logistics.
